How I Got Into Tree Care
Welcome to Valley Arbor Care! I’m Brandon Worsham, and I founded Valley Arbor Care in 2020. My mission is simple: deliver quality tree care that adheres to all industry standards all while creating long-term relationships with our clients. Â
I grew up in this area and always enjoyed being outdoors. I started working for another local tree service in Northern Virginia, where I worked my way up as a grounds manager, equipment operator, climber, and foreman. I had a knack for working with other people and leading all while loving the intensities and physical aspect of the tree service industry. It is all about relationships and taking care of people and their trees. Many people can perform tree care, but what sets us apart is performing it safely, thinking long-term for the tree’s health (when possible), and leaving the property better and protected. That hands-on experience built my passion, and I knew I wanted to run things my own way, focusing on real care and respect for every client and property.

We take the time to understand the trees we’re working on, how they grow, and what they need. Every storm damage cleanup or tree removal in Warrenton, VA, is planned with the long-term health of your landscape in mind.
My hands on experience allows me to handle everything from routine pruning to tough storm damage, tight spots, and large removals. My commitment is to always prioritize safety and doing things right the first time.

This isn’t just my work area—it’s where I live and raise my family. Valley Arbor Care is based in Fauquier County, VA, and I’m proud to serve properties across Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Culpeper, Warren Counties, and nearby communities.
My guiding principle is straightforward: treat your property with respect, work safely, and leave it looking great. I approach every property like it’s my own, with clear communication and personal attention from start to finish.
I’m committed to good stewardship—protecting trees and the environment where we can—while making sure you’re completely happy with the results.
Cleanup is a big deal to me. If you can’t do the simple things right, how can someone trust you with the big things! We offer full cleanup services and invest in quality and efficient equipment that allows us to leave your property cleaner and in better shape than when we arrived. The job isn’t finished until you’re 100% satisfied with the work and how everything looks.
Outside of Work
When I’m not climbing trees or running machinery, you’ll likely find me spending time with my wife and kids or working on my side business, Worsham Woodworks—milling logs into lumber with portable sawmilling and vacuum kiln drying. It allows us to repurpose usable lumber salvaged from local trees!
